Anna brings deep strategy and finance experience to climate adaptation. At BCG’s Climate & Sustainability practice, she led work for Fortune 100 energy, industrial, and government clients on GTM, climate risk, and operating model, with her projects exceeding $100 million. Prior to BCG, she worked at JPMorgan, both in investment banking and the macro trading group. She is also a WEF Global Shaper.

B.A. Yale Environmental Science & Energy Studies

Clément is a materials engineer from UC Berkeley whose research at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab developed high-temperature ceramic composites optimized for thermal conductivity and mechanical stability. At Tyfast, he worked on integrating solid-state cooling and fast-charging systems, and at E3 he built grid-scale thermal and electrical models for industrial applications. ​
