Summer 2026 · Limited initial release
8–12 hours of active cooling for industrial crews in 120°F+ heat. No ice. No downtime. Under 2 lbs.
In the field
The shift
For a century, we’ve cooled buildings.
Industrial work has moved past what buildings can hold.
It’s time to cool the worker.
Technology
Proprietary semiconductor-based cooling sits along the suspender straps, against the skin, actively pulling heat from the body's core.
Heat dissipates along the strap. Fans at each end drive continuous airflow that exhausts heat away from the body.
Under-2-lb suspender fits under hi-vis, FR, and fall-arrest. 8–12 hr with one battery swap. Nothing to refill or refreeze.
Industries
Pours, lifts, and roofing through summer peaks.
FR gear, refineries, pipelines, turnarounds.
120°F+ field repairs. Storm response. Peak load.
Field operations and training in extreme heat.
Foundries, steel, glass, hot-work floors.
Warehouses, yard ops, last-mile drivers.
The stakes
One incident costs $50K–$200K+ before litigation. Clema costs less than a single claim.
Built by
Clema was founded in 2024 to bring solid-state cooling to the people who can’t leave the heat.
