Industrial cooling has been broken for decades. Ice melts in 90 minutes. Evaporative gear fails in humidity. Cooling tents don't move with the crew. We're solving it with solid-state cooling that runs the full shift.

The story

Why Clema exists.

We met where industrial heat became a daily emergency: refinery turnarounds in Houston, construction in Phoenix, warehouses in Memphis. Crews were burning out — literally and operationally. The cooling tools on the market were built for athletes, marathoners, or short medical use, not 8-12 hour shifts under PPE.

So we built ClemaCore: a sub-2-lb solid-state cooling vest that fits under hi-vis, FR coveralls, and fall-arrest harnesses, runs 8-12 hours with one battery swap, and works in any humidity. No ice. No water. No logistics tail.

Built for the shift, not the lab.

If a vest can't survive a full pour, a refinery turnaround, or a non-AC warehouse, it doesn't ship.

PPE-first, never PPE-instead.

ClemaCore is worn under your existing safety gear. We don't displace hi-vis, FR, or fall-arrest. We add to them.
